Amy’s love for being a real estate agent started after many moves of her own. In fact, since 2004 she has moved to eight different cities (both large and small), including two international moves. This wealth of experience (and realizing how much she loves the process!) is why she decided to become a real estate agent.
Two great qualities that Amy brings to her clients are her Accounting degree and her professional experience in the fashion/retail industry. She is obsessed with data and understands that when buying or selling a home, you need someone who knows financials and analytics. Her degree in Accounting brings the analytical and financial skills to help make well-informed real estate decisions. Amy’s certificate from the NYC Fashion Institute of Technology allows her to assist her clients in seeing the design potential in houses, staging homes for sale, and creating a happy and healthy living space.
Feng shui has been a part of Amy’s life for over ten years. She has seen first-hand the positive impacts it has made on her own life and the lives of others and enjoys sharing this knowledge with her clients. As a real estate agent, she’s incorporated her knowledge of feng shui to help her clients determine the best listing or offer price for a home, find favorable dates for open houses or offers or closings, and shorten the amount of time it takes to purchase or sell a home.
Amy’s personal, educational, and professional experiences along with her unique design insight, make her an exceptional real estate professional and feng shui consultant, excited to work hard for her clients. Also, as the mother of four children, Amy definitely understands the needs of families. She knows the importance of finding the right home, in the right neighborhood, and settling in as quickly and smoothly as possible. Making the whole process as seamless as possible is her specialty.
When not out in the field with her clients, you can find her volunteering at her children’s schools in the Edina School District, on the tennis court or a yoga mat, riding the Peloton, traveling, or exploring the beautiful Minnesota state parks with her family.
